Serving
Before a single question, it tells them who your church is and why it matters. Then honest questions, three teams that fit what you actually run, and a placement your staff sees in VISTA.
The questions
A sign up sheet asks people to pick a team they have never seen from the inside. Most guess or leave it blank. The serving match asks what they are like instead: where they end up when a room needs something done, whether gear is their thing, who they naturally gather around.
Every answer is scored against the positions you actually have open, weighted the way your ministry leaders want. They leave with three teams that fit, not a label.

The opening
The first thing they see is your vision, in your words and your colors. The why comes before the what, so by the time they see their results they already know what they are serving toward.
Then your staff places them. The match suggests, it never decides. The placement lands in VISTA and the team leader sees who is coming.
One
Once a guest is known, your team sends the serving match from your church's number.
Two
Who your church is and why it serves, before any questions.
Three
Scenes, not categories. Most are one tap.
Four
Ranked against your real openings. Your staff places them.
It replaces the part that never turned into a placement. The questions cover temperament, skill and heart, but every answer points at a real position, so the result is a team with a leader.
You do, with us, at launch. Each position carries the traits it needs and an age floor.
Handled carefully. A grade screen, a parent gate, and a parent contact before anyone under 18 is placed.
No app, no account, no password. The only logins are your staff's.
