Spiritual gifts
Most tests hand somebody a word and a PDF. This one asks what they are like, points every answer at a real opening, and ends with three teams and a leader who knows they are coming.
Why this one
Churches have run gifts tests for decades, and most results live in a drawer. Someone learns they are "Hospitality" and nothing happens, because a category is not a place and nobody was asked to follow up.
The serving match keeps the good part, questions that reveal temperament, skill and heart, and changes the ending. Every answer carries weight toward a real position: the coffee counter, the check in desk, the camera, the nursery.

The questions
"When a room needs something done, where do you end up?" beats "which team interests you?" People know the answer to the first and guess at the second. The questions are written as scenes on purpose.
Gear. Your hands. Details. Feeding people. A room full of five year olds. Each is a one tap answer that feeds a trait your positions are weighted on.
Trait
Making it all work, out of sight. Production, setup, the kitchen.
Trait
Notices who is left out. Guest connect, the coffee counter.
Trait
Looks forward to a room of kindergartners or a Wednesday with middle schoolers.
Trait
Keeps checking in. Meals, visits, the people going through something hard.
No. It borrows the idea that people should be placed by who they are, and drops the part where the answer is a label.
Yes. Your vision opens it, in your words, and we tune the positions with your staff at launch.
Three teams, what each one is really like, and a tap to say they are in. Then your staff places them.
It comes after New Here, once they are known. That way the first Sunday stays short.
